 1. INTRODUCTION:

    BLISS CaribbeanBeatz’s Premier All Inclusive Event is among the first of its kind in the Delaware Valley for the Caribbean American Community. BLISS is an extravaganza of Caribbean Culture showcasing the rich diversity of Caribbean Talent, Music, Food, and Fashion present in the Delaware Valley. It is at this Event that we will unveil our forthcoming CaribbeanBeatz Magazine and officially launch our website CaribbeanBeatz.com.

    CaribbeanBeatz Magazine is a general interest Caribbean focused publication produced in the Delaware valley by its Caribbean-American residents showcasing the richness and diversity of Caribbean peoples that contribute to the rich American and International landscape. CaribbeanBeatz Magazine showcases the Caribbean community’s continual contributions to the global community through music, art, dance, books, science, medicine, sport, fashion, design, festivals, history, people and lifestyles.

CaribbeanBeatz.com is a resource to effectively and instantaneously communicate and report on Caribbean happenings. It also provides information about the Caribbean community – businesses, news, trivia, festivals, events, music and much more.

2. EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Saturday, November 10^th from 8 pm until 2am the African American Museum of Philadelphia comes alive with Caribbean culture as its centerpiece. This all-inclusive gala affair, boasts an open bar and Caribbean buffet with top local and regional entertainment including live bands, fashion show, musical artists, steel pan, seasoned disc jockeys and more.

   The African American Museum in Philadelphia, the first institution built by a major United States city to house and interprets the life and work of African-Americans.
The Museum is located in the City's Historic District, one block from Independence National Historic Park. BLISS utilizes galleries one, two and the main auditorium. Each area showcases different aspects of Caribbean culture in the Delaware Valley including music, food and performances, thus reflecting the spirit of CaribbeanBeatz Magazine and CaribbeanBeatz.com.

 3. DEMOGRAPHICS:

 CaribbeanBeatz has a strong active history of promotional events within the Delaware Valley that have always appealed to a broad demographic. We continuously receive wonderful support from the Caribbean-American and American Community alike. BLISS is set to draw from an even wider audience with a guest list which includes heads of many of the local social organizations, cultural groups, college organizations, business owners, radio personalities, together with representatives from the local Caribbean tourist boards and political associations. This event appeals to the young and mature alike, and unlike previous events will draw a very diverse audience from the varying sectors of society with attractions which include a fashion show, live bands, talented artists, performers and an experienced selection of disc jockeys.

5. BLISS HOSPITALITY:

CaribbeanBeatz is seeking a sponsor for Bliss. In exchange for the benefits outlined herein, that will make the following commitment:
